Q I have
already placed and order, when will my order arrive?
A Please complete the Order Status
Request form if you have placed your order over 4 days ago and have not received your
order. If you placed your order within the last 4 days your Order Status Request will be
answered after the 4 day shipping time has past if we have not received delivery
confirmation.
Q I have not placed
an order but I would like to know long
will it take for my order to arrive and how much will shipping cost?

Q What is your
Return and Exchange Policy and how do I submit a Return or Exchange Request?

Q Can I order by telephone?
A Yes, you can order by telephone. Also, if you are
uncomfortable submitting your credit card information over the Internet you may call in
your credit card number and still enjoy the ease of ordering online! Simply type
"Call In" in the credit card number field when you order and we will send you
information on where to call in your payment information.
Q I have written to you before and have not yet received
a response?
A If you have used our contact form to
