The comfortable Arch Support provides direct compression to lift the arch to a natural
position, helping to relieve arch pain, distribute pressure, reduce inflammation and
prevent tearing of the Plantar Fascia tissue. The Captain Adjustable Arch Support is made
with high quality, breathable neoprene and a durable, reinforced elastic strap to ensure a
