Myriad Health, a division of Myriad Industries Incorporated which is the parent company of
Body Pain Central and the family of Body Pain Central web sites listed on the left side of
this page. Once your payment information is received, your credit card information
will be used to charge your order. Once payment is authorized your order will be processed
and shipped the very same day as it is received.

Your personal information, including your e-mail
address will not be sold or given away to any third party for any reason and your personal
information will be kept on an offline database and will not be accessed until we contact
you to request your feedback on the product that you have purchased. This single e-mail
